Brow Shaping
Includes precise waxing to achieve a perfectly sculpted brow shape tailored to enhance your facial features.
Hybrid Tinting
A versatile tint lasting 5 -10 days on the skin and 4 - 6 weeks on brow hairs, creating either a soft or bold look to suit your style.
Brow Henna
A natural, temporary alternative to tattooing that stains both the skin and brow hairs for fuller, more defined brows.
Brow Lamination
A brow styling treatment that lifts and sets brow hairs in place, creating a sleek, polished, or fluffy look.
Halal Brows and Brow Lightening
A non-invasive shaping option that lightens brow hairs outside the desired shape, without waxing or plucking, to create a clean, natural look.
Powder Ombré
A semi-permanent tattoo technique that gives brows a soft, shaded, and defined appearance, lasting 1 - 3 years.

Booking Policy
It is important to read and respect the following policies before booking with Brows by Cat:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amounts are as follows:
• $50 for most services.
• $35 for services under $90.
• $100 for all Powder Ombré services.
Please send your deposit to browsbycatherin@gmail.com. By booking an appointment, you agree to the policy terms and conditions.

• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment if done more than 24 hours in advance.
• Appointments rescheduled or cancelled less than 24 hours before your appointment will require a new deposit. This includes clients who are more than 15 minutes late and cannot be serviced.
• No refunds on deposits, and deposits cannot be applied to future appointments in the event of a cancellation.
• For Powder Ombré services, a minimum 48-hour notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation.

Appointments booked outside of regular business hours, on days off, holidays, or as last-minute squeeze-ins will incur an additional $20 fee.

This course gives you the opportunity to master the art of enhancing eyebrows, achieving a fuller, more defined, symmetrical look—without the commitment of semi-permanent tattoos.
Safety and hygiene are our top priorities, so we’ll also cover important techniques for preventing infections and ensuring client comfort throughout the process.

Hi, I’m Catherin Bernal Martinez, the founder of Brows by Cat! Born and raised in Toronto with a Colombian background, I’ve always been passionate about brows. After some bad waxing experiences in my teens, I turned my love for eyebrows into a career in 2020, starting from home. Now, with 4+ years of experience, I’m proud to welcome clients into my relaxing beauty suite in North York, where I offer customized, precision brow services.
I’ve been rocking powder ombré brows for two years and am obsessed with the confidence and convenience they give me. Outside of brows, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my partner, and I’m always up for a night out with my girls or a fun travel adventure.
